Continuing on with Swirl’s design campaign, I started work on their business cards. They wanted a simple design incorporating their colors. I decided to go with a double sided card to keep the information side clean, and the use of Bourton Line Medium was agreed on for future stationary and packaging. Below are proofs that were submitted, with one using their tagline, “We have you covered. Literally.”
Swirl narrowed down their choices to the first and third proof. While they originally leaned toward the first option, the swirl background behind their contact information seemed a bit distracting. While a version without it was produced, it didn’t have the same charm. In the end, they decided on the third option, as it was easy to read, clean, and showcased their swirl icon.
